The Canadian Journal of Career Development is a Diamond open-access, peer-reviewed journal founded in 2002. It publishes high-quality, multidisciplinary research and evidence-informed practices that advance the field of career development in Canada and internationally. By connecting research, policy, and practice, the journal supports scholars, practitioners, and decisionmakers in addressing emerging career development challenges and opportunities.
