Résumé

Cet article aborde les défis auxquels sont confrontés les étudiants diplômés tout au long de leur parcours universitaire et souligne le rôle essentiel d'organisations telles que le CERIC dans l'enrichissement de leurs expériences grâce à un engagement actif, au mentorat et à la promotion d'un sentiment de connexion et d'appartenance. Il met l'accent sur l'importance des programmes d'engagement, et plus particulièrement sur le programme d'engagement des étudiants diplômés (GSEP). Le GSEP offre aux étudiants diplômés de précieuses opportunités de se connecter avec des pairs et des experts dans leur domaine, en favorisant un environnement propice au partage d'expériences, à l'échange de connaissances et à la construction de réseaux professionnels. Le GSEP sert de plateforme aux étudiants diplômés pour présenter leur travail et les résultats de leurs recherches, recevoir des commentaires constructifs et contribuer activement à une communauté dynamique de chercheurs. En reconnaissant et en soutenant les besoins spécifiques des étudiants diplômés, les organisations et les programmes d'engagement jouent un rôle essentiel dans le développement de la carrière de la prochaine génération de chercheurs et de praticiens.
