Orientation professionnelle des personnes victimes de harcèlement moral sur le lieu de travail

Le harcèlement moral au travail est un problème professionnel omniprésent qui a des répercussions non seulement sur le bien-être professionnel de la victime, mais aussi sur l'auteur du harcèlement, les témoins et l'organisation. Étant donné que de nombreuses victimes d'intimidation au travail quittent leur emploi, les conseillers doivent être conscients de ces problèmes afin d'aider efficacement leurs clients à surmonter leurs difficultés de transition. Cet article donne un aperçu conceptuel des brimades au travail en explorant les causes et les effets des brimades sur les victimes, les auteurs et l'organisation. Les implications pour le conseil aux victimes d'intimidation sur le lieu de travail sont discutées en utilisant les idées de la théorie sociale cognitive de la carrière et de la théorie de l'adaptation au travail.
