La relation entre l'auto-efficacité en matière de prise de décision de carrière et l'intelligence émotionnelle, l'optimisme de carrière, le locus de contrôle et la personnalité proactive : Une étude de méta-analyse

Résumé

Bien qu'il existe des études sur l'auto-efficacité en matière de prise de décision de carrière et l'intelligence émotionnelle, l'optimisme de carrière, le locus de contrôle et la personnalité proactive, aucune étude n'aborde ces quatre variables ensemble. C'est pourquoi cette méta-analyse a examiné les résultats de la corrélation entre l'auto-efficacité décisionnelle en matière de carrière et quatre variables différentes (intelligence émotionnelle, optimisme de carrière, locus de contrôle et personnalité proactive). Dans cette étude, les études publiées entre 1993 et 2022 examinant la relation entre les variables déterminées à partir de 10 bases de données scientifiques (Eric, JSTOR, Sage Journal, Google Academic, Scopus, Springer Ling, Taylor, and Francis ULAKBİM, Proquest, EBSCO) et l'auto-efficacité en matière de prise de décision de carrière ont été utilisées. L'étude a révélé une corrélation significative entre l'auto-efficacité décisionnelle en matière de carrière et l'optimisme (r = 0,46 ; 95 % CI [0,33, 0,57]), le locus de contrôle (r = 0,36 ; 95 % CI [0,02, 0,62]), la personnalité proactive (r = 0,47 ; %) 95 CI [0,37, 0,57]) et l'intelligence émotionnelle (r = 0,45 ; 95 % CI [0,35, 0,54]).
