Détermination de la relation entre les perceptions de la profession infirmière et les attitudes à l'égard de l'avenir professionnel des étudiants en soins infirmiers : Une étude d'observation

Cette étude a été menée pour examiner la relation entre les perceptions de la profession d'infirmier par les étudiants en fin de cycle et leurs attitudes à l'égard de leur avenir professionnel, et pour déterminer les facteurs qui influencent leurs plans de carrière. L'univers de l'étude descriptive et de recherche de relations se composait de 143 étudiants de dernière année du département des soins infirmiers d'une université. L'étude a été réalisée auprès de 105 étudiants qui répondaient aux critères d'inclusion et qui ont accepté de participer. Il a été établi que les scores de FCI différaient de manière significative en fonction du sexe des étudiants, de leur préparation à la profession et du statut de l'emploi post-universitaire. Il a été établi qu'il existait une corrélation positive significative entre le score total de l'échelle FCI, l'adaptabilité professionnelle, les sous-dimensions de l'optimisme professionnel et le score total de la PNPS. Il a également été établi que les sous-dimensions de l'âge, du sexe, du plan de travail post-diplôme et de la PNPS étaient les variables expliquant les plans de carrière des étudiants à 56 %.
