Résumé

Un nombre important d'employés à travers le Canada continuent de faire du télétravail après la pandémie de COVID-19. Les couples qui télétravaillent peuvent éprouver des tensions entre leur travail et leur vie personnelle. Le télétravail peut avoir des répercussions tant positives que négatives sur le bien-être entre le travail et la vie personnelle, selon la situation de l'employé. Par exemple, on peut s'attendre à ce que les femmes télétravailleuses ayant des enfants fassent passer leur foyer et leur famille avant leur travail. Même si les restrictions liées au COVID se sont assouplies au Canada, permettant une plus grande liberté en ce qui concerne les dispositions relatives à la maison et au travail, il est plausible de s'attendre à une évolution à long terme vers un nombre accru d'employés travaillant plus souvent à domicile, avec des changements associés dans la dynamique familiale à mesure que les deux partenaires s'adaptent à cette "nouvelle normalité".
