les PDC - les PDC plus âgés l'ont trouvé plus difficile que les PDC plus jeunes - et de nombreux domaines de difficulté pour les praticiens de tous les groupes démographiques. Ce rapport identifie les domaines et les compétences de la prestation de services qui sont devenus plus faciles pour les PDC depuis le passage aux services virtuels, et ceux qui sont devenus plus difficiles, en étayant les résultats de l'enquête par les conversations des groupes de discussion.
