Abstract

This article completes the three-part series. If you have not read the previous parts, they are available in Volume 12 (1) and Volume 12 (2).  


In part one, the back ground, context, development of the Pathways program, and challenges the program was set to address were discussed in depth. Part II reviewed the successes the Pathway Program has acheieved, results on the participants, impact on graduation and dropout rates, and a discussion about what these impacts and results mean. Part III concludes with the lessons learned about the Pathways program, the program design, and future implications for both the students, communities, and research.
