Two research questions were posed: 1) What<br>has been your experience with repatriation? and, 2) What strategies have you used to cope with repatriation issues? Questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were utilized to gather information, and interview data was analyzed through the use of qualitative interpretation. Three metathemes emerged from this analysis, including work adjustment, lifestyle adjustment, and psychological adjustment. These results are discussed, including the thematic descriptions, and exemplars areprovided from participants. Recommendations and coping strategies for effective repatriation adjustment are also reviewed.</span> </p> ER -
